Fort Lauderdale High-Rise Condo — Impact Door Upgrade
16-unit condominium building on Las Olas Boulevard. Coordinated with building management to replace all 16 patio sliding doors with PGT WinGuard impact sliders over 4 days. All units received new hardware and were code-certified before residents returned.
Plantation Pool Home — Pool-Deck Door Restoration
A 1985 Jacaranda home with four sets of pool-deck sliding doors. All rollers were corroded beyond repair from 15 years of pool chemical exposure. Replaced all 8 door sets with contemporary aluminum rollers and no-see-um screen inserts on the screened enclosure doors.
Hollywood Beach Townhouse — Full Door Replacement
A beachfront townhouse with original 1978 single-pane sliding doors showing severe frame corrosion. Replaced with CGI Sentinel Series impact sliders with Low-E glass. Owner qualified for a 22% insurance discount after wind mitigation inspection.
Oakland Park Canal Home — Emergency Roller Repair
Canal-front home in Middle River Terrace with a 250-lb sliding door completely off its track after a storm. Responded within 60 minutes, re-hung the door, replaced all 4 roller assemblies, and re-aligned the frame. Total repair time: 2.5 hours.
